I honestly don't know if anyone will bite for this, or anything, but if someone wanted to make my entire YEAR, and trade me a secret lab map for a NC Capusule (or two, depending... value 250NC or less per capsule), I would be ecstatic. XD

 

Or, if you choose to deal, and you see items (that are not GMC, or Ice themed) that you like, I am more than willing to try to make a deal that way too.

 

For those of you that know the values of NC and stuff, please, let me know if you think $2.50 - $5.00 real cash is a good deal for the other person in terms of value. I really am getting sick of trying to collect three things at once, lol!!!

Hence, if I wanted to, I take that to mean that I could trade my NC items (which are no longer MONEY, but virtual items, just like everything else), for regular ones, if I chose to do so.... Which, in some cases, might be seen to be a stupid decision, but in my case is me reaching the end of my rope in terms of patience.

 

However, I suppose I should "contact" them before making any further assumptions, on the off chance they deemed that was NOT what was meant, and determined to freeze some other innocent party because of my interpretation of their writings. :P

You don't need to contact them lol The instant answer is: you cannot trade Neocash items for Neopoint items or vice versa.

 

There are many editorials stating as such and it's on the bottom of every page in the Mall.

 

Neocash items may not be exchanged for Neocash, Neopoints, or Neopoint items. Some Neocash items may be sold for a limited time only and/or be limited to a specific number of uses (most items offer unlimited uses). Ahhh, lol. I have got to be blind. Either that, or I simply hate fine print. However, I want to see what they say anyway, now that I have already submitted the ticket. After all, I want to see why they word things the way they do in their terms and conditions if they're going to word them differently elsewhere :P
