SarafinaWolf7 Posted November 8, 2010 Author Share Posted November 8, 2010 I blocked all the e-mails from Neopets. I'm thinking of creating a separate e-mail just for Neopets (and maybe other games). This is also because I discovered two accounts that I made and linked to my current e-mail. One is self-frozen (by me probably) and the other was made two years ago but is empty and on the step of choosing a Neopet. I'm going to self-freeze the second one. I don't want frozen accounts taking up space on an e-mail so I'll create a spearate one for the ones I use. I can play on my side after I submitted a ticket but before my main is frozen? So why would you click on a link in an email that didn't come from them? I believe with Neogreetings, the email is shown from coming from the person that sent it, though I'm not sure. Spritzie Posted November 10, 2010 Share Posted November 10, 2010 TNT is unpredictable. I've had tickets answered in days, and there's others that haven't heard from them in months. There's no way to know for sure. I believe since you don't have access to your main (I don't know whether it matters if it's been frozen or not) you should be able to do things on your new main until you get your old account back. Something similar happened to my very valuable account on HorseIsle (a horse i had that was worth over $80 in the real world was deleted), but there's only oh so much you can do. The main thing that I can add is to stay calm. Contact TNT, adn follow everything people have said above. They'll get that jerk, don't worry. If you need moral support, let me know! I know exactly how you feel right now. Right now the main thing I suggest is what a few people have already said: change your e-mail password!!!! It might not be too late. Please tell at least me how this turns out, I'm sending good thoughts your way! You're lucky you have such a large amount of support here on TDN, when I was "hacked" on HorseIsle, I had no support. TNT haven't answered it yet. I changed my e-mail password and the password of my former side account, which is now my main. You're right. TDN and its members are amazing. They said I have to provide more info in order to prove that it's my account. I can't remember my Neofriends. If you are my Neofriend please write so here.
