I know that it is against TOC to play games or do dailies on side accounts in order to gain neopoints or items, with the exception of the healing springs. But I use my side accounts to transfer my pets for safe keeping, where it then costs money to transfer AND adopt pets. Sooo, how am I supposed to make the neopoints for that? lol.
