I Need Help With My Coding!

Hi There,

So I`ve run into a bit of a snag...

 

I`m working to create a really cool userlookup. I`ve managed to get a few things tweaked the way I want them now but I'm having problems getting rid of that top part of the neopets banner. It's about 3px in width and it won't go away. I was able to get rid of it before completely but now I can't seem to remember how I did it.

 

Any Ideas?

If you would like to look at me coding to see if you can help better let me know and I'll post it. I'm still tweaking so it wouldn't do any good posting it now.

Nice job, but the font is kinda hard to read. You might want to change it to somehtin baic.

The text is going to be on a lighter colored background to make it easier to see.
