bananapeel88 Posted September 11, 2010 Share Posted September 11, 2010 Hi there, I seem to be having some issues when I submit my scores for games. The black box that shows up after I have completed the game tells me how many neopoints I have earned (after submitting my score), as well as my updated neopoints balance, but the neopoints do not seem to be credited to my account. I have tried refreshing the page, but no luck. Is there some kind of delay/processing time that I am not aware of? I'm pretty confused. I recently started playing games for NP again after a long hiatus, and figured this might be something new that I wasn't aware of. The Score in Blue Posted September 11, 2010 Share Posted September 11, 2010 You can go from any page... I think. Right at the bottom, the footer, just click the help button.
