Wishing Well avatar

So I searched around here and haven't seen anything new about the well avatar. I was wondering if there's been any progress yet.

As of yet, the solution to the Wishing Well avatar still has not been discovered. :(

 

I have been working with a group of people on the Neoboards since it was released. We've tested tons of theories, and have found a few clues, but some theories take a long time to test. If you want to help out, look for our "*Wishes* Oh Wishing Well, when will you grant our wish?" threads on the Neoboards. ;)

That was stated in the Neopian Times Editorial, Issue 450.

 

In a later editorial, it was stated that the avatar was tested pre- and post-release. Here are links to the two staff accounts that were used to test the avatar.

Other than whatever information we can glean from these accounts, the only clue TNT has given is that the avatar is NOT item-related.

 

I hope this helps someone come up with an idea that hasn't been tried yet.

Well, we al know that from a recent editorial, getting the avatar has NOTHING to do with items, or so TNT claims.

Is there any group here that's trying to figure this out? I was thinking that it has to do with 3 coins (or wishes). Three coins are thrown into the well on the avvie. Maybe typing in something regarding this and have a specific avvie active active is the key.

Yeah, this avatar doesn't really appeal to me either, but as long as it gets my avatar count up, I'm not complaining!

I'm always amazed at how people manage to figure out avatars with complex solutions

As far as an acive avvie goes, perhaps the Krawk - Island Fever avvie is supposed to be an active one, since in the Wishing Well card in the Neopets TCG, there is a Island Krawk looking into the well.
