Maybe you can help me? :) Please?

Hi. I just recently signed up here. So I'm new and I need some help. I just bought my macbook pro just a few days ago. I noticed that neopets game room when I enter the games are not in their boxes they are lined up straight, so I wanted to know if this is something on neopets or I did something. Has anyone experienced this? Thank you in advance! :)

What browser do you use? (I know nothing about Macs.) But I use Chrome, and I have this same problem. My husband uses Firefox, and doesn't have this issue. So it might be a browser issue.

I use Safari. I think Safari and Chrome are the same I think? I might be wrong.

I've heard of Safari, but I've never used it.

 

I think most likely, Neopets changed some coding, and Chrome and Safari, haven't made any changes that allows the page to be view properly.

You're welcome. I was worrying too, until I saw my husband's was fine. And he told me it was likely a Neopets coding change.

Yeah, I use safari too and that keeps happening to mine also. Very annoying but more so than that is that the cursor isn't lined up for the search games box. So annoying to get the thing lined up so I can type :grrr: I hope they fix that soon.

Spirtzie, one more thing how do I edit my photo on my profile page? I'm new and I don't have a clue how to find it lol.

A lot of things here are based on your member level (which changes with your post count) You can't put up a profile picture until you've reached 400 posts. (Which makes you a Super Member)

Safari and Chrome are not the same, but they do use the same underlying HTML rendering engine (Webkit). :yes:

Just to be clear - this is likely more of an error on Neopets' side than Webkit's, probably stemming from TNT's using some hacky layout tricks of some sort. Webkit's standards compliance is pretty good on most fronts.

yeah I have the same problems. I don't think that there is a sure way to fix it. I can't play some games on Safari - Chariot Chase etc.

Unfortunately you have to work around it.
