Yeah, it seems it's just luck. If there was a glitch like that TNT would have caught it quick. Plus, when you want to see patterns in things, you will. So if you click on the faerie and get 20K sometimes you notice it. But you may be getting, say, the question mark more but since you aren't looking for that pattern you don't notice it.

I've never gotten the same result twice. I've gotten $400, question mark, Fire Ghoul... etc. It would be nice if it still worked.

 

For the avatar, I wish they're release a new one for the 20k. People who didn't have the one from the 10k, would receive it, but those who did, would get the new one. And after people received the old one, they'd get the new one the next time.
