Ever since they changed the help section TNT has become very slow at answering questions, hope your's is addressed soon :(

I sent in a ticket via Warnings and Suspensions on July 7th. They first "looked at it" on July 21st. I still haven't heard back from them.

So.. ahem..

TNT is trying to be safe when it comes to the CGer scare. But this can make them a little hyper when it comes to freezing, and this is unfair to all users, because now they must live in fear of their hard work going up in flames (or ice, if you want to get technical about freezing).

 

Good luck to those whom have lost their account and hope to recover.
