Anisha
708 NP? Wow, that's pretty cheap. I thought Faerieland stamps were costly. :O
Divya Bean
Nice! That is cheap! Does the post office sell all stamps?
Spritzie
The rare/new stamps are almost always cheaper in the actual shop. Like I saw the Fountain Faerie one yesterday, for 7k. It's selling for over 100k. And guys, check out my favorite restock yesterday: And unless it's a special event stamp (Like the Wheel of Excitement) or it's retired, I believe they stock in the shop. The rarity just dictates how often.
Divya Bean
Ahhh! That is the best stamp ever! Do you know what it is called????
Spritzie
Yeah. It's called "Shenkuu Draik Stamp" I saw it stock a few times, before I was finally able to grab one.
Divya Bean
You got one?! Nice! I just checked the shopwiz and they are only 11k np!
Anisha
That one is awesome. :O I am going to get one. It's 10k. b) I bought one.
Spritzie
I think I paid around 2-3k for it. I didn't care. I just wanted it. :laughingsmiley:
IrishLiz
That's cute! I gave in and bought two Wheel of Excitement stamps from the trading post. I don't want to miss out on them...
Spritzie
Two? Are you planning on selling one, or both?
Divya Bean
I bought a Healing Springs one too. Its in my SDB. All safe!
IrishLiz
I bought one as an investment, thinking it will be worth a lot more later. I bought another one in case I decide that I want one for myself. :laughingsmiley: It would be hard for me to put it in an album though if it's worth a lot more. Hopefully they do go up... who knows, maybe I'll end up selling both.
Spritzie
I'm trying to decide when to buy one. I know I'm getting one. But I kind of want it at it's cheapest.
Divya Bean
If you want it at its CHEAPEST, you should wait until a restock at the Post Office. Otherwise you might be spending Thousands of np too much!
Spritzie
I don't think the Wheel of Excitement stamp restocks at the Post Office, since it's a special event stamp.
Anisha
I usually use the Shop Wizard. Does that mean I am having a loss. :guiltysmiley:
Divya Bean
Spritzie - Oh, that makes sense. :) Anisha - Not necessarilly. You can probably buy them for less in the actual shop but they might not stock there at the right time, etc.
Spritzie
Sometimes the SW is cheaper, sometimes more expensive. Like the Healing Springs. I got it for 708. It's selling for 30k. Or other stamps sell for less than 5np on the Shop Wizard, but are in the Post Office for much more.
Anisha
Oh, I get it. I think it varies with rarity?
Spritzie
I'm fairly sure that's how it works. The higher the rarity, the less often it stocks, and usually, fewer are stocked.
Divya Bean
Ohhh, thank you for clarifying that Spritzie! I never knew what that meant. :)
Spritzie
Anything 99 and below, can restock. But the higher it is, the less likely. I think TNT said 99 rarity hardly ever stocks.
IrishLiz
I believe about rarity 99 is special event items and retired items? Though maybe retired items keep their original rarity.
Anisha
I once saw a gallery of retired items, or something like that. Quite impressive.
