Divya Bean
I love Anisha's quote, "Monday's are an awful way to spend 1/7 of your life." That is so true!
Spritzie
:laughingsmiley: That's awesome, and it is definitely true. Kinda scary to think about too.

Spritzie
One day, we did the math, in a year, I spend 3 months of the year at work. So 1/3 of every year, I'm at work. o_O

Anisha
I hate monday mornings so much. :sad01_anim: I usually wake up at 5am. <_< School, ya know. It's very hot here, so we have morning schools. And it's true Monday IS an awful way to spend 1/7th of life. :laughingsmiley:
Spritzie
In grade school, school started at 9:30. Then middle school was 8. Then HS was 7. But I had a 1st period study hall that I got exempt from. So I didn't have to be in until 7:45 for 2nd period.
Anisha
My grade was at 8:20, MS was 7:20, and HS is 6:00. Even though I always wake up at 5. I do my homework early in the morning. :laughingsmiley:
IrishLiz
My "YESSSS!" was for the Monday thing by the way... My grade school was early (I forget exactly, I think 7 - something). My middle school was actually later, because they figured that we were getting to be an age where we needed more sleep. It was 8:55. I went an hour early in 8th grade though to take a high school Spanish class. My high school was around 8:15. EDIT: Though later I had to get to high school around 7:30 so my mom could get to work. My freshman year of college was awesome, with late morning/early afternoon classes, except one semester I had a lab at 8:30 AM. I had one semester where I had no class Friday and my first class Monday was at 3:45 PM. :D Then, I had 8:30 AM classes every semester. :sad01_anim:
Spritzie
The most I ever got to sleep in, was in Kindergarten. Back then, we had 2 classes. AM and PM. I was in the PM class.
IrishLiz
I was in the AM class! haha. No sleeping in then for me.
Spritzie
My sister was in the AM too. Now they do all day. I used to hang out with my mom and her friend, then go to school. My mom and her friend would go to the mall before it opened, and walk for exercise. Her friend user to push my stroller when I was younger. :laughingsmiley:
IrishLiz
That's cute! My mom used to play all sorts of games with me during the day. You inspired me... now I want to try and get some stamps from the post office. o_O
Spritzie
It's addicting. I'm at it again today. :laughingsmiley: I want some Faerieland and Maraqua stamps.
Divya Bean
The Faerieland ones are so pretty! I really want the Wheel of Excitement one but I am too selfish to spend the np. I dont care about the Wheels! :laughingsmiley:
Spritzie
I'm probably going to wait until near the end, while they're still available, and get one of the TP. They're cheaper on the TP, than donating to the wheels.
Divya Bean
Yeah, they are. Do you know how many Faerieland stamps there are?
Spritzie
Right now, there is 5: Wheel of Excitement Stamp Healing Springs Stamp Fountain Faerie Stamp Faerie City Stamp Jhudoras Cloud Stamp
Divya Bean
And all of them are pretty expensive, eh? That is awful because they are so pretty! If only we had stamps like that in RL.
Spritzie
Right now, the Healing Springs Stamp is running around 30k. Wheel of Excitement around 600-700k. And I have no idea about the others.
Divya Bean
Hmmm the Healing Springs one isnt that much. Do you already have it?
Spritzie
Yeah. I bought it yesterday. For 708NP at the Post Office. Which was awesome. I almost paid 26k yesterday morning, but decided to wait. Then I got it for 708.
