I was able to grab the Elite bag after some trouble, and I got a Faellie Birthday Bag Surprise, or something along the lines of that. It's wearable.

I don't remember the account age, but you'll know if you can access it, if there's a little red circle with a yellow star on the right side (Right above "Most Popular"), when viewing the NC Mall. That takes you to the shop for older accounts, where the goodie bag is.

Just for everyone's info: The Elite Boutique is open to accounts of 49+ months (4 years, 1 month). Boo for the pinata.. was hoping for something better to be honest ;/

Bah! My account is only 45 months old! I guess I won't be getting the Elite bag. I guess I should have made an account right when my sister-in-law started bugging me to make one, instead of waiting a year.
