Hi, I was wondering.

Do any of you have a glitch with the game Chariot Chase?

 

I play it and after 5 seconds, it cuts me off. Obviously I haven't scored any points by then either.

I just tried it. the game is working fine for me.

Your problem does sound similar to another problem I had with another game though, but it eventually fixed itself.

What browser are you using? Have you tried restarting it or try to play the game in a different browser?

Restarting hasn't worked. I'm using Safari 4... and it doesn't work on any Safaris I've tried.

I remember this problem when it was part of the DD maybe (not sure which event for sure but i think it is the DD). I can't for the life of me remember the solution to it though.

This is a safety measure they added in so that people can't deliberately slow the game down to have an unfair advantage.

 

Try setting the quality to medium/low.

Your picture is from an Intel Mac, the one I'm on is a Power PC, so I think it's different :sad01_anim:

Alright, another thing that you can try is to update Flash.

 

Flash is known to be always glitchy, and they release new bundle versions all the time, so getting a new version could help.

 

Otherwise, your computer might be just too old or cluged to handle the game, since it's sensitive to lag.

 

In the end, if you still can't play the game, I assure you that you don't miss on anything really awesome. This is one of the game that made me laugh the most when it got out because it's just bleh. Although it's easy NP sometimes... but the concept really doesn't worth to bother about the game all that much. Just my 2 cents.
