Rising Star
So, do you have any plans that you're going to be doing? I don't think I'm doing anything big. Probably going to swim, while the fireworks light up my sky. Or maybe even go to one of my friends houses, and celebrate it there. Not really sure. JessV
No plans here, just taking a day to rest. Hopefully the kids and their pop bang fireworks won't interfere too much. Enjoy your swim, sounds like a nice way to watch the big fireworks shows!

Enjoy your swim, sounds like a nice way to watch the big fireworks shows! Relaxing on 4th of July :O. With all the fireworks popping, and going off, it's going to be hard to rest. Thanks! I'm hoping it'll be great :D.
JessV
I have several fans going for noise interference, so that helps. ;) I'm not napping, just having a lazy day. Spending time online instead of doing laundry like I should be.

Cornflakes
We're having some people over, I'm going to cook a hashbrowns casserole, then we'll go to the big fireworks show and then when we come back...grownup slumber party! I'm terribly excited. I need to get off here and go clean. A lot. :laughingsmiley: p.s. Safe and happy July 4th, my beloved friends! Never forget the reason for the occasion. God Bless America! p.p.s. For all of you that aren't Americans, have a happy day too :)

Booimaninja
My family's just going to have bbq. I wish I could play tennis with my friends though. Swimming while watching fireworks sounds really nice :)
walshcaitlin
I wish I had plans. But I'm studying abroad in Germany so no Fourth of July here. (Well actually there's still a fourth...) Listening to the 1812 Overture by Tchaikovsky because that is a huge tradition in Boston. Sadly I'll miss the fireworks.
Ruto
We're replacing the carpet in my parents' bedroom with hardwood floors. Fun.
Noog
I'll just watch the neighbors. They'll keep me up until 3 AM with their loud fireworks/party anyways. The worst part is that it isn't even a real party. It's loud and its only the 6 or so people living there o.o

Swimming while watching fireworks sounds really nice :) That seems better then what I'm doing. I love cook outs, and all that good stuff. Enjoy the time with your family :D I wish I had plans. Sadly I'll miss the fireworks. Oh wow. I'm sorry about that :C You could still celebrate it on your own :D Or with the members of TDN We're replacing the carpet in my parents' bedroom with hardwood floors. Fun. How joyful. I remember when my dad put hardwood in our house. I'll just watch the neighbors. They'll keep me up until 3 AM with their loud fireworks/party anyways. The worst part is that it isn't even a real party. It's loud and its only the 6 or so people living there o.o You could go over there and join them :D. Then it would be 7 people with lots of fun. :)Doc
I a whole neighborhood full of people (and people coming from other places) with mostly everyone having over $100 of fireworks (we spent just under $300 :P). We bought the big loud stuff in memory of my grandpa, who always loved that kinda stuff.. Tonight's gonna be special <

I swam for a bit, but then it got too cold, so I got out. Then I passed out on my bed
