Avatar Count Error

The Revenge is Sweet avatar is counting twice in my checklist. When I try to remove one it removes both, likewise with adding.

That's how it is with me, but it's with Ace Zafara, which appears twice. And Altador Cup V Staff Tournament appears 4 times.

I think they are talking about the TDN database, is that right?

The simplest way to fix it is to remove all of said avatar and re-add it to your list, but since that doesn't always work (as in your case), the best way to fix it is to wipe all your avatars and then 1-click import them again. That should fix it, and if it doesn't, you can always send in an error report on NeoAv itself (=

I did what Ali Cat said, and it was alright. I dont think the extra one (or two, three, or fours) count in the avatar counter. :yes:

We can only one-click import once every 30 days so I can't since I'm a newbie to TDN. Also, the extra avatar is counting in my counter - that's how I realized I had extra.

Bug: My TDN avatar counter has...esploded. In other words, now it is showing that I have ZERO avatars. I used the one-click import tool on June 27th, so I cannot use it again until July 27th. Last night they were all there, safe and sound. Today, nothing. :( Is there any way to fix this myself?

I believe there's something going on with the avatar checklist. I haven't logged into mine, but all the counters I've seen, are a broken image. (Including mine) This has happened before. Once they realize it's going on, they'll get it fixed.

NOTE: this is happening to EVERYONE!

 

Using the one-click import is fastest way to fix it. We may need to find more capacity, as we have over 3,000,000 avatars. We apologize for this inconvenience :(

That was happening to me too, but I wiped my avs and re-counted all of them. Now my number is accurate XD

Thanks for the info on if you wipe and readd, it should be okay...Maybe put that in an update *unsure* so everyone knows!

 

YAY!!!! It worked! Yeah, I think that ought to be posted, that if it is wiped out and re-added, it should work!
