Any idea how often does the "Almost Abandoned Attic" restock?

I want to restock and grow my shop. Any "professional" tips? :)

Here is what someone more knowledgeable than me said on my guild board:

 

If you go on the tarla board there's a topic for it like kad feeding :3 It's every seven minutes after the last restock. But it doesn't restock everytime. And it restocks on 53 seconds after the minute.

 

It's like kad feeding in which it doesn't always restock every seven minutes and when it doesn't its 'pending' and you add another seven minutes to that time to find out the next possible restocking time :3
