Punchbag Bob!

Hi Everyone

I noticed the other topic has been locked so I created a new one. I beat Punchbag Bob in about an hour and a hald using these weapons: scarab ring, leaf shield (useless in this battle), and my kougra's growl and swat. I was able to get him down anywhere between 10 and 18hp with this strategy. A Thief dagger would also work in this battle and add more icons to the scarab ring and it would probably take a little less time than what it took me.

My pet is so rubbish at the minute I darnt even approach him - I'm waiting trill I can beat Meuka :D But thanks for the tips!

I tried fighting punch bag bob but I got so bored, does anyone know a quicker way to beat him? like with expensive items of something because i really don't have the time...

I suggest tackling punchbag bob during the summer when you can sit down for an hour-ish and just keep clicking attack. I can still sorta remember doing that when I was playing neo years ago ;3

 

Beating him's not hard, just time-consuming! :rolleyes_anim:

 

Weapon-wise, I'm not sure about the uber expensive weapons (but I do remember a friend talking about a blaster...starts with a y....i think....) Anyway, I think two scarab rings should do the trick, they're quite cheap and I find them to do some pretty good damage too b)

I believe the blaster you are talking about is Ylanas Blaster?

Quite a good weapon, that one.

800k-1 mil will net you one of those.

 

Scarab Rings are amazing weapons. Always worth your money.

If you are starting out in the BD, or trying to beat Bob, I highly recommend in investing in 2 Scarab Rings.

A Thief Dagger, like it was mentioned before, is also worthwhile.

 

For Bob:

Don't worry about defence. Bob can't hit you in battle, and even if he could, Scarab Rings and Thief Daggers are both dual-duty, meaning that they deal with attack and defence.

I did my Punchbag bob today with 2 Scarab Rings, and had him down in less than 30 mins :)

I just beat Bob in a half hour using just 2 Scarab Rings, a Thief Dagger, and my Lupe's Fierce Attack.

I was hitting him from 13-23 HP per turn.

 

Turns out that the cheaper weapons are pretty dang good.

I have heard that Punchbag bob is super annoying.

I never tried beating him, anyways.

 

Actually, I am not that of a battledome player.

I am just too busy earing NPs and doing other stuffs.
