1 year ago i was a just a new neopian trying to do my best in finding avatars fitting in a guild and a bunch of other newbie stuff. As as newbie i used to do all the dailes even the deserted tomb. once i got an Obsidian Dagger http://t3.gstatic.com/images?q=tbn:4Z-ftH9...idiandagger.gif

Does the word Obsidian seem familiar? have you heard i before? You should have, especially if you have participated in the petpet gear thingy in Moltara because to create anything in Moltara you need something called shiny obsidian.

the same thing? well the dagger is like the rock but it is carved and it is used in battledome.

Could Geraptiku /mystrey island/both of them be related to Moltara ?

What do you think?

Posted
hmm... that is an interesting theory indeed.. what do you mean when you say related though?

I have no idea, there could be a bunch of sollutions maybe moltarians used to live in mystrey island?

Posted
I'm not saying they're not related...even though they are...what I'm saying is the Obsidian Dagger is related...

can you rephrase that please? :P

the thing is that obsidian is an element just as limestone or clay is in the real world. now we dont say that England and Denmark are connected because the same element is in both countries... it could be that the same element exists in both lands of Neopia but i dont think there is any deep connection between the two..

maybe but those two places (england and Denmark) have common grounds, wat are the common grounds of Mystrey Island and Moltara?

Hmmm maybe thats the Mystrey in Mystery island lol

Well Moltara is basically Neopia's core so...

THE obsidian quary in Moltara!

yes but the evidence is there, 1 element found in 2 places when our envirment teacher explained this she was talking about pangea. can pangea apply to neopets?

Posted

maybe a new plot will certain tis out but i won get my hopes up soon :(

and Pangea is what the early real world was. because all countrys were connected like south america was connected to Africa (Mystery island to Moltara)

Maybe Moltara was the center of lets call it neogia and it is still partially conected with some islands if not all of them.

It always says that Lutari Island never stays in the same place but that's never what happens on the Map Of Neopia...I also wonder what the South Pole of Neopia would be like...TNT might open that up...

lutari island is something related to neopet moble i belive but i am not sure

The facts that we have are tat 1 elements have been found in 2 places, all thee places have incommon is the fact that they both have a reference to lava, mystrey island the volcano and moltara the neopea core.they have the exact same elements so why isnt this element in tyrrania? there is a perfectly good active volcanio there? wHAT ARE YOU HIDING TNT

Obsidian is a volcanic glass. It can be found in any volcanic region. Both Mystery Island and Moltara seem to be volcanic islands, so it makes sense that they would both have obsidian. Obsidian can be found in both Hawaii and Iceland, but apart from both places having volcanoes, they don't really have much connection. Interesting theory, though.

Not all mountains are volcanic, but many are. Terror mountain may have been formed by the upward pressure from the colliding of two or more tectonic plates. It's hard to say, though. Only TNT knows the exact physical geography of Neopia. Maybe someone should write into the NT Editorials to ask. :P
