antiaircraft
I: Fortunately my mum has banned beverages from the study altogether.
Seliphra
J: Unfortunately my mother hasn't done the same and continually drinks tea, pop, coffee and more near the computer...and ruins the keyboard...we get a new one every so often... BrownBeluga
K: Yesterday, I went to the supermarket to purchase a new pair of groovy leggings for the upcoming President's Day Party in Wal-Mart.
antiaircraft
K: Unfortunately the aforementioned building contained a letter ambush, just waiting to be sprung.
Seliphra
L: I am sure though that in time she can acquire the 'force' of this game. I wanted to use a different word, however my current character of avoidance might then ambush me too!
antiaircraft
M: Indeed, through this wordplay thread TDNF is training an elite task force of crack letter-avoiders! :D
Seliphra
N: Agreed! We could defeat almost all foes who attempt to fight with us over letter avoiding!
antiaircraft
N: The primary hole we must overcome however, is the lack of members to form our force (also, the ambushes).
Seliphra
O: I see why we might need further numbers in this game, but I think that if thee picked my last saying with a fine eye, they might see that I did it perfectly, like I just did here. antiaircraft
P: Alas, the word 'avoiding' does indeed contain an 'n', as irritating as that may be... :(
Seliphra
Q: I hadn't even noticed that one...well, first mistake, so far so good! And I avoided O much better
antiaircraft
R: Indeed, and O was a challenge well beyond N I might add. ;)
Rose_682
S: Ok. The letter I have now I have not. ((AA needs to stop taking my post spots!!!))
antiaircraft
T: My apologies, I do occasionally ninja members as I clear nine or so discussion areas in one go.
Rose_682
U: Apology accepted, and not really necessary. After all, it is first come first served, rather than reserved seating. I was merely irritated that I was ninja'd twice in a row! :P
antiaircraft
V: Twice in a row? :ohno: My word, sincerest apologies again - I probably shouldn't be checking the word games topics quite so frequently. xD
Rose_682
W: It is necessary to reply to topics frequently to keep the fun and games going. After all, unless there are replies, I cannot reply, and I fear I must become very bored if there is nothing to reply to. So, being ninja'd occasionally is not really a big deal compared to a dead forum! Again, no apologies needed :D
antiaircraft
X: Fair enough, although it's probably worth mentioning that the 21-day dead topic rule is rarely enforced on word games, and definitely not without good reason.
Rose_682
Y: Well, reason enough would be that people get bored posting on the same games all the time. Then people take a break from the games, and the games get left alone for a while. At least, that is what I assume must happen from time to time. Otherwise, that the 3-week posting rule is not enforced all that often on the games would seem to me to be nothing spectacular. :P
antiaircraft
Z: Well, word games have died in the past, although they could have easily been revived in a single post. :( I do enjoy reviving word games when I get the opportunity though. Rose_682
A: I do not like this letter. It is difficult enough to type sentences without other letters in them. But it is very difficult indeed to type without the vowels.
antiaircraft
B: Vowels present a challenge indeed, although I do kinda like doing them - especially the letter E. :)
Rose_682
C: The letter E is a very entertaining letter, I agree. It makes making any kind of sense a very interesting feat. But this letter is not that hard, I think. I would hazard a guess that the easiest letters are the letters at the tail end of the alphabet. antiaircraft
D: I believe one of the posts in this topic has an analysis of the respective toughness of various letters. At any rate - you now have a shot at tackling E. ;)
Rose_682
E: I shall do so with disdain for it. It has no right to box in my originality!
