After a few months we get news back about it and instead of giving me what I paid for, or even a refund, they said it was discontinued, said they had a different magazine they would give me, and gave me some dumb magazine about plushies. Masaryk Posted December 12, 2009 Share Posted December 12, 2009 Wow, that really sucks. It especially sucks that they won't give you a refund. I had a similar thing happen to me several years ago. My husband had bought me a subscription to the Gambit comics, since I'm a huge Gambit fan. Well, the comic was discontinued halfway into my subscription, and Marvel gave me NOTHING - no refund, no substitution, not even a "sorry, we've discontinued this comic!"
