agreff
Hey, so I've been lurking around here for about a month and I would get the best answer from you guys. My 360 took a dump right before MW2 came out so I decided to start playing Neopets to use up my free time before the refurb came back :D But I found out you need to have your Birthday for logging in, which I did not have. I asked one of my friends if they could log back on and check my birthday and I found out the year. I'm assuming it won't take me that long to figure out the month/day but I had a couple of questions. I started a new account and have acquired quite a lot of neopoints not to mention I scored a Jetsam! :woot: But now that I will be getting my old account back, I would like to stop playing my new account and revert back since I have the Lab ray on the old account. I will only need to transfer one pet, my Jetsam, and I know that will be easy. BUT... I have around 250k on that account that I would like to transfer to the old one. Any ideas on how to do so without getting iced? Technically I'm not breaking any rules since I haven't logged on to the old account for years, so therefore I haven't been doubling up on games/daily's but I assume TNT would see it that way. Sorry for the long read, but any help is appreciated! tl;dr how can I transfer a large amount of NP without attracting TNT's attention? Meeptroid
I'm just wondering, I recently found the password to an old account of mine that I had lost the password to (I changed e-mail adresses and forgot to change on the account, too). I haven't played it for a year or two, and I was wondering if it would be against the rules to transfer the items over from the other account to the one I use now. You guys rock! ~yirapettieSince the account was created by you it would be okay. We'd consider it a bit of a delayed main account transfer. TNT stated in one editorial that it is fine to have an account transfer to an older account. Although they didn't mention any Neopoints, they said that items were fine since both accounts are owned by the same person. I doubt that Neopoints differs from this privilege. Besides, TNT have also stated that people are allowed to send Neopoints to their side accounts. (As long as the only source of Neopoints comes from the main account.) As for your transfer of Neopoints, I suppose you could send them to your old account via Trading Post. TNT really shouldn't have any reason to freeze you. Masaryk
I think you'll be fine transferring your stuff to your other account, as long as you don't use both accounts to earn neopoints in the same day. I transfered the neopoints I made on a side account when I got CGed to my main when I got it back, and I didn't have any problems.
agreff
Thanks for the info, I guess I have on more question. Does anyone know when your age turns over? When I see it on my friends account it shows 18 but I'm not sure if it will turn over at the end of the year, or if it's specific to the day? Because, if it's specific to the day, I only have to sift through now until the 31st! :D
