Tancredi
Hallo, I often use Firefox, a great browser, and sometimes go to Tools - Options - Security - saved password to read and erase the passwords for the sites that I visit. Do you know if there is a way to shorten this path, maybe insert something in the toolbar to speed up this task? Thank you This topic has been edited by a member of staff (Ruto). stephie23
As far as I know no ... you could just not save the passwords in the first place though ... it asks you if you want to save it or not..
antiaircraft
Well, it's kind of intentional that there's no easy way to erase saved passwords, if you catch my drift (some of us *cough*likeme*cough* are a tad absent-minded :P ). However, depending on what exactly you want to do, there may be an easier pathway to follow for the task. For example, if you wanted to disable password recall altogether, you could go to Tools > Options > Security and uncheck 'Remember passwords for sites'. If you want to avoid remembering passwords for specific sites, you could (as Stephi mentioned) simply tell it not to remember the password when it asks you. Alternatively, simply ignore the bar prompt and it won't save the password, or click 'Never for this site' to tell Firefox not to remember passwords on that specific website.
GuitarCrazyo
SeaMonkey has Thunderbird and Firefox together. I didnt know that why do they call it seamonkey. Does Seamonkey use the same rendering engine as firefox ? This post has been edited by a member of staff (Pirusher) because of a violation of the forum rules.
