Since the owner didn't mention a trade, just have at least one spot open for the transfer when they send her to you :)

Lol, I actually did want a trade. But I bought the disco pb and I don't like the color anymore so I could save someone some money if I didnt just paint over her.

try posting on the neopets boards, but make sure you put up for trade in the post somewhere, otherwise people might assume you just want the pet adopted.
