Whats the Best Item/NP You have gotten from a quest

I was just wondering what people have gotten from the Snow Faerie, Edna, Brain Tree...etc.

 

Ive got to say that the things Ive gotten havnt been to outstanding, ok but not great.

I've received the fake barf wearable from a Kitchen Quest. Was told it sells for around 40K? Pretty nice for only spending 2,500. From Edna, I got a candy apple lantern thing work 6k when I had a deviled steak in my inventory. Score!

Not really anythign good. ever. 98% of the time I spend more on the items I give than what I get.

 

I only did Edna for the avie. I spent SOO much on her! (with a negative return prob in the six figure range lol)

I can't remember everything I've ever won from completing random quests, but I think my best prize was getting a Golden Compass from Esophagor.
