Oops! Sorry! It wasn't a needle. Isabel got it. It was a sewing meching.

Birbal was jester, counselor, and fool to the great Moghul emperor, Akbar. The villagers loved to talk of Birbal's wisdom and cleverness, and the emperor loved to try to outsmart him. One day Akbar (emperor) drew a line across the floor. "Birbal," he ordered, "you must make this line shorter, but you cannot erase any bit of it."

Everyone present thought the emperor had finally outsmarted Birbal. It was clearly an impossible task. Yet within moments the emperor and everyone else present had to agree that Birbal had made the line shorter without erasing any of it. How could this be?

This one is really clever!

Hmm... tricky... did he draw another, longer, line next to it? Then, technically, it was shorter - than the longer line! Actually I have no idea this is just a guess.

Hm... Did he draw another line through it? That way the origional line is split into two smaller prices.

He drew an extension of hapy big line making happy little line smaller.

He drew a longer line parallel to it?

Ops mine is similar to Anime nevermind then lol. I remember is this from a story book.

yet isn't 2 x 2,

0 also isn't

what I'm looking for from you.

b)

What common, English word has the letters "WSP", in that order, without any letters between?

Oh, thx, at least I have someone to support my answer.

Brief explanation IF darksun doubts: The last line says "what I'm looking for from you." It's double-meaning-ed (what I'm learning in Chinese now ^^, a good practice :P) It means Myriad is looking forward to the answer from you the poster, and looking for the answer from the word "you". Combining the former lines, I think "o" has to be it.

ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo

Suddenly grows to love this letter :P

Whoa. You are seriously complexed. That sounds really right, but it isn't. You're almost there! And uh, yeah it's neWSPaper. :D

Oh wait. Somebody said three? Coolness! Yeah it was three. ^_^

In a country, there exists over 100 streets. Street 1 is named First Street, street 2 is named Second Street, and so on and so forth.

A traveller decides to walk through all these streets in the country. He could find all the streets except Street 62. No matter how hard he tried, he could not find it.

He later found that the locals had given the street another name.

What is the name?

I got this one! It's really easy! :king:

Is it "sixty second street"?
