I forgot her name...but there was a random board that I was in and they mentioned her and i looked at her lookup. She said she wasn't gonna tell anyone how to get it since she was neomailed by TNT that WE have to figure it out ourselves too since she was one in a million to get it. She actually had it as her main avvie too.

 

And to stop neomailing her about it cause she's not telling.

That screenshot is faked. First, the url looks very suspicious to me. It doesn't contain a /shenkuu/ or something similar, which it should have. Second, the chef implies that millions of people have tried to get the avatar, and wants to discourage them. The old layout indicates that this was very near the time of release, so I don't think TNT would have updated the info from a message like "Congrats." to something like that. And most importantly, TNT stated that as of Editorial 307, 2nd to the last question, dated August 31, 2007, that no one had it as of that time, which was after the layout change, which was April 26, 2007. So fake.

If anyone claims that they have the avatar, don't listen to them. They probably don't. Ask them to prove it by putting it as their avatar.

I googled "bonju avatar" and WikiAnswers has this:

 

"Ollie is an old staff member. He was in one Chef Bonju related board (in the neomails they said something like 2 weeks - 2 months after the avatar was released) and said he could give a clue for us. So he set up a background where was an item that no one had ever seen. In one of the neomails they said it was ice-cream alike item, but in the other one they said it was Chicken Filets with Fancy Sauce."

 

Does anyone know if that's even true, or if anyone's tried to mix those ingredients?

 

EDIT: I tried to look up Chicken Filets with Fancy Sauce. The Shop Wizard recognizes it as a real item, that is to say it doesn't say "..." on the shop list... but there's no shop that has it (maybe try SSW? I'm using regular SW). There are no trades with Chicken Filets with Fancy Sauce, and Neoitems doesn't have it in their database. Jellyneo isn't working for me right now.

 

I don't know anything about it, soooo... I may be posting common knowledge for all I know! I'm just getting into the Bonju thing - just can't help being intrigued by it. :D
