abetterjulie
Has anyone else found that if you have a failed or declined transfer of your Neopet, that the system counts that as your one for the month? I find this odd, not to mention annoying. Did it take my money for the declined transfer? If I can't control what the receiving person does, then how am I penalized for it?? abetterjulie
Yes, i read that it does count somewhere.. its on like a neo help page or something... That seems really unfair. I might actually have to write to the editorial about that. It must to be prevent some kind of cheating. Dumb bad apples.
Xepha
If the new owner does not accept the Neopet within three days or rejects the Neopet, the Neopet will be returned to you immediatly (as long as having it returned will not result in you having more than 4 Neopets) and you will not be refunded the delivery fee and you will not be eligible to attempt another User-to-User Transfer until next month. No more than one Neopet may be adopted via a User-to-User Transfer in the same month. It's written on the transfer page. You accept that there will be no refund if the pet is returned to you and that you can't use your send transfer again this month.
