Space Faerie code not working?

So i was surfing around on the neo boards today and happened upon someone who was nice enough to give me a Space Faerie Code.

 

I entered it in, got a prize, and the message popped up like it's supposed to saying "you have a new Battle Dome Challenger! " Except it didn't tell me who it was, it was just a blank spot.

 

I went and looked on my 1-player battle dome list and she is not even there!

 

Has this happened to anyone else or am i missing something here?

that's terrible, I'd message TNT about it, through an error report. Im so afraid of something like that happening to me, it would be just my luck ! :P lol.. Where I live I cant get a space faerie code, I would be SO very upset if I didn't even get her as a battledome challenger after getting one!

Keep in mind that not all the codes give out the Space Faerie as challenger too... it's only a specific kind.

On the Avatars/ Neosignatures forum board...someone was giving them out to a few people and i happened to be given one.

People do that all of the time.

I did get a random battle dome challenger the other day but it didn't show me the picture or name, just like you are saying. I couldn't figure out who, if anyone I got as a battle dome challenger.

Hmm....that's strange. When a very kind person gave me a code, it worked just fine. I think she told me that it was for some sort of Neopian figurine...ask the person who gave you the code what the object was that came with the code.
