Is there still a chance people will lend you avatar items if even if you are not very active on the forums but you have enough collateral? So, you should be sure to check those links out, and all the guides, articles, and of course the dailies page are pretty useful too. With regards to the ALP, Muffinman sent you in the right direction for exact answers, but the ALP runs on a case by case basis. The longer you're here the better your chances of approval are, but there's not set time line, and you could still get it regardless.
