jilliak Posted June 22, 2009 Posted June 22, 2009 So, last night I had a dream in which I was traipsing around Neopia (bad sign, too much neopets) and my dream escapades made me wonder: which neopets creature would you find most disturbing if you were to meet it in real life? For me: Charnie (petpet) and Blechy (petpetpet).... I have a fear of lampreys. Gangee and calabat (petpet) I put in the creepy eyed meepit category. Actual neopets: not so scary. I think almost all the neopets are cute, which makes it hard to choose which ones to own. Many mutants are disturbing, but some are actually kind of cute. These.. not so much. Woah.... how about this?? Quote
Nelly_Bulgaria Posted June 22, 2009 Posted June 22, 2009 Snowager is scary enough for me :D If i see him in the real world, perhaps i`ll run and cry :D Quote
FutureTXTurkey Posted June 22, 2009 Posted June 22, 2009 Well I would have to go with the petpets, experience tells me anything that small, cute, and unassuming is UP TO SOMETHING. Especially the meepits, oh beware the terrifyingness of the meepits. That flash image of the fanged scary meepit, is genuinely terrifying. With pets on the other hand, you make an interesting point. We are all so attached to them that we don't think about how scary they really are I mean in real life if you met almost any of the mutant pets, you would totally run screaming. And I think the Eyrie and Jetsam would be pretty hard core in real life. The Grarrl too. There are qutie I few pets I wouldn't want to tangle with at full size in real life...Still petpets get my vote. Quote

Deepti M. Posted June 23, 2009 Posted June 23, 2009 If I saw the Turmaculus eat my dog, I know I would start running, while on the phone with the Animal Cruelty Society. :P Quote
Luciana Posted June 23, 2009 Posted June 23, 2009 All of the petpetpets. I do not like bugs. ... Well, when you think about it, most neopets would be kinda creepy to see in real life. Imagine real life mutant pets... Quote
jilliak Posted June 23, 2009 Author Posted June 23, 2009 If I saw the Turmaculus eat my dog, I know I would start running, while on the phone with the Animal Cruelty Society. :P Lol, that is true. It's mildly disturbing how the turmy eats petpets... I think the Skeith does too, it eats almost everything I believe. All of the petpetpets. I do not like bugs.... Well, when you think about it, most neopets would be kinda creepy to see in real life. Imagine real life mutant pets... Very true. If I saw something like these, I would pee my pants. It's funny because those are some of my favorites, in regular form. I just feel kinda sorry for these fellows: Speaking of mutant pets, can anyone tell me why this is mutant?? it's just...yellow. Coco Posted June 23, 2009 Posted June 23, 2009 I'd probably be freaked out if I see real-life Darigan or Mutant pets. XD Quote
Sapphy the Swamp Witch Posted June 23, 2009 Posted June 23, 2009 Some mutant Petpets freak me out. A few Darigan as well, but most of them are really cute (like the Carmariller). That's about it. Quote
Deepti M. Posted June 23, 2009 Posted June 23, 2009 Yeah, it is kind of disturbing how the Skeith eats everything. -hides skeith avatar- Quote
The Original Luna Posted June 23, 2009 Posted June 23, 2009 The Pteradactyl in Tyrannia might scare me, not sure about freak out though. I remember when I was younger I had a sort of disliking to the following pets- Moehog, Tuskaninny, Grundo and Ruki. Now I'm sorta ok with them. Quote
