jeroeni Posted May 26, 2009 Share Posted May 26, 2009 A long time ago i played Neopets (3 years ago) I was frozen, i was young and thought i never could log in and stopped permantely with Neopets. a few months ago i started playing again on Neopets. I maked a new account, but now i'm remembering the account and i tried to log in to look why i was been frozen. It says i'm been frozen because: "This account's username and/or name was deemed inappropriate for this site. We will not unfreeze an account with an inappropriate username and/or name. You may create a new username as long as it is appropriate for this all-ages site." I dont think that the username: Jvdjvdjvd is bad ? Also i'm afraid i can't get it back, because if i search my account it says it doesn't exist. Is is to late ? because it's a stupid reason to freeze me. I really want get my old account back. Ashbash Posted May 26, 2009 Share Posted May 26, 2009 I believe it says all frozen accounts do not exist. I know it's quite difficult to get accounts back but I guess you never know. I was frozen once as well and had to start over. It's not fun but eventually I'm sure you can get it up to where your old account was. Good luck!
