Where'd I get that?

I go to my inventory several times a day, and usually I know what is in it, but sometimes you come across an item that wasn't there before, that you didn't buy, or win. My only explanation could be from a random event that you just didn't notice, like when I'm browsing the shop wizard and am refreshing quite frequently.

 

Today I found a random codestone lying in my inventory, I usually put codestones, or any item of value into my SDB, but it was just lying there today. A few days ago I came upon a spooky treasure map piece, though I also did not notice the event that placed it there....strange. Not in a bad way of course, I like finding good items in my inventory, but I always seem to miss the event that placed them there. o_O

 

Has this ever happened to you? If so what item/items "mysteriously" ended up in your inventory?

Yes that happens to me a lot, I always seem to click over events xD. Codestones and Spooky treasure map pieces are both RE items, though, so you don't need to worry! :laughingsmiley:

strange enough i also found a Spooky treasure map piece a few days back out of the blue in my inventory.

 

What does the RE stand for?

RE stands for Random Event. (adds more words to make seven)

I once logged on to find a 'Carved Walking Stick' in my inventory and didn't have a clue where it was from, i checked the wiz to see if it was just some rubbish item i could donate but it was worth 7k so i put it in my closet because it's wearable, and its now worth around 90k and is on its way to becoming an UB :D

Found out it was from the first KQ load test where i played a game of KQ.

Once, I flipped to my inventory to find a Nerkmid :O

I had missed the random event, probably when posting on my guild because it refreshes the page twice and one of the time is really hard to notice.

I also got a Codestone, yesterday, from a random event that I had failed to notice.

When I used to stalk the Money Tree, I would get random items I didn't click on in my inventory because I'd have the screen scrolled to the bottom, unable to see what was on the top. It was always nifty finding things like that, though.

I had that with a random book once, I couldnt remember the title but was lucky since the book was worth 10k or something. :)

Every now and then, I would find codestones, petpet lab maps, random food items, and a few retired 7th Year Goodie bags. Its nice to find items in your inventory.
