Tiki Tombola

I was just doing my dailes and i went to the tiki tombola and it said this:

 

"Ugggh... out of cash :(

Wouldn't you know it, I just gave my last Neopoints away to somebody, so I have none left to buy prizes with :( So anyway, I'm taking donations so I can get my Tombola up and running again... if you donate you will be helping the poor and needy of Neopia, and I'm sure that kindness will come back to you one day!

 

I need 1 NP before I can re-open!"

 

Does anyone know why?

Its for April Fools :P I donated 1 NP too.

Didn't it used to say that years ago, too? For some reason I remember him running out of things and you had to donate NPs... even when it wasn't April 1st.

The Tombola occasionally runs out of cash now and again and asks for a certain amount of donations. It reopens when the goal is met. The April Fools Joke is meant to look like the same thing, only it doesn't actually reopen.

 

I tried to see if there was a workaround by going to the tombola2.phtml page would work, but it won't work if you're not clicking the appropriate button from the correct page. I guess we just wait until tomorrow.
