I made one cause I didn't want to pass up the opportunity, however I'm not the worlds biggest Tonu fan.

You are able to create one every day, the times are random. They're never there for long. Lots of people say they are available to create when the omelette disappears :).

Once I had a badly-named Tonu from the pound.. forget it's name though. Was part of my Pound to Battle Pet training project though.

I googled how to acquire a Tonu and a few websites said that on specific days of the week, they're released at midnight. Sure enough, there they were... except it was the day of time change so I had to wait until 1AM NST to get it :P
