Yes, that is true, but it gives people hit and miss results for how fast they get it, if ever. I also have no luck refreshing for avatars.

So whenever possible I like to find other ways to get them besides hitting F5 over and over and over again. Hints this list, LOL.

 

p.s. Did a little housekeeping. Removed all the frozen or disabled account names from the list...so now everyone here is ready and able to receive neomail.

I got this avatar by refreshing on both my accounts. On my side account, it took about five minutes of refreshing. On my main account, after sending and receiving hundreds of emails via this mailing list, I sat there an refreshed while watching movies. It took three movies of refreshing to get the avatar.
