The Sleeper star numbers

I'm really confused on whether or not I'm doing this right... :worried:

 

First of all, does it matter the order I put my star coordinates in? Like, is there one certain star in The Sleeper constilation that has to be "star # 1"?

Second, I checked the room the book was supposedly supposed to be in, but it wasn't.

Finally, if someone can calculate my coordinates correctly that would be great... the website I'm using isn't very specific-

Yup, the order that you put your coordinates are important as well as if they're connected or seperate.
