I was looking at the DoN guide on battlepedia, and for every opponent it lists the recommended stats your pet should be at, except for movement. Can someone clarify to me - is agility worth upgrading? what does it affect in battle?

Unless you want the Heavy Robe of Thievery, I wouldn't recommend training agility. That's all I can say. Because I don't know anything else that involves agility.

the only thing i feel it really helps is when your usually tied in states or level wit hthe opponent. I know by attacking first matters a lot!

Movement's useless for all normal weapons and opponents. There are a select few weapons that require movement, but they're really expensive.

:rolleyes_anim: Check the TDN Battlepedia on the Heavy Robe of Thievery. You may be lucky enough to get one, but if you want to use it in the battledome, like I previously mentioned, you need 200+ agility. If you haven't already read about this weapon, use this page for more information: http://battlepedia.thedailyneopets.com/ind...on/viewweap/689

The weapon's rated 9/10. And also requires 68+ intelligence. So if you want to have a very handy stealer once you get this weapon, train the stat.

@Ali Cat: He might be lucky and get one of those select few. Who knows?

Except they're planning to just do DoN from their post, and theirs really no point then.

If you want even stats to look pretty, train agility. If you're looking to get into a BD guild eventually, they don't care about movement. Most weapons don't need it, so I think it isn't worth it.

Nope, the stolen weapon goes poof when the battle is over. You get your stealing weapon back, but no, you don't get to keep the weapon you stole.

If you want a quick stealing weapon, Purple Sticky Hand is fairly reliable. If you want a long-term one for I don't know what, then sure, go for it.
