Guest shanemk
Ok this is either someone using their side account to bid (I hope.) Still, its crazy to think there is a chance that the person bidding may just have a crap load of money and is really stupid. Made me laugh, maybe it will give you all a few chuckles :)
Shane for Wax
LOL. That just means more money for the person auctioning it off. Maybe that person who bid so much is leaving neopets?
The Darkest Faerie
I bet someone hasn't checked the TP or the SW before bidding. Or it could be someone's way of transferring NP to their side account for the "Kind" avatar.
Stephé
Now that's quite a public way to transfer your neopoints XD I bet it is for the avvie, considering its gone down 'quite' a bit.
Unstream
That was probably the result of the Pant Devil scam. ...a program that seems to steal your account pword, though it is unclear whether it actually does this, then withdraws your neopoints, if it can, and offers them on trades. You can find the info here: http://www.neopets.com/~SkyQu And the TDN topic is here: http://www.tdnforums.com/index.php?showtopic=12819 I'm not completely sure that this is it, but that's my guess. It's over now though, so no need to worry :)
FutureTXTurkey
Whatever it is it's funny. I went and checked the two accounts and there was no obvious link between them. I mean not everyone posts links to their side accounts, I know I don't. But the bidder has a very unique note to TNT at the top of her page, apparently to thwart being frozen, that I would think she would put at the top of all of her accounts. So my money is on a tragic noob mistake, or maybe what Unstream suggested though both accounts are in good working order at the present time, and if they had been that badly scammed it would be hard to recover I think. When did you spot this shanemk?

When did you spot this shanemk? Well I took the screeshot as soon as I saw it and my computer is saying it was created at 3:44pm (my computers time is EST time but the actual option is set to GMT Pacific....so 3:44pm pacific time). And you are right, thats a very curious note to TNT. Here it is for you all to see and marvel at : NOTE to TNT: I have two computers, which I and my brother (dracon197977) use here. That means I sometimes use the computer he uses and he uses mine. I might even sometimes log on from school or from one of my friend's houses. IrishLiz
Quite curious... It's tough to believe that it's a n00b thing because the bidder has had a np account for 46 months and has a lot of avatars, trophies, painted pets, etc... Weird.
