I have a problem with my firefox browser that only started to happen after following the instructions to get the tarla toolbar to work (linked here from another site-topic is now closed).

First FF crashed a couple of times so I uninstalled the neopets toolbar, as it only happened after doing that. Then FF would not open at all. So I uninstalled it, then reinstalled it, only to have the browser flash onto the screen before closing again, it wont stay open, I have now uninstalled it again. Did following all your instructions do something to cause this, change something in FF?.... or is it just my stoopid computer! Do you have any idea how to fix it?

Neopet toolbar doesn't work in Firefox 3, period.

You have to use the Firefox Ad on if you want to benifit of Tarla Alert feature. Since you didn't put any links in your first message, idk which tutorial you followed.

I had a problem with firefox 3 after I installed the update, and the neopets bar wouldn't work. A few weeks later they came out with an add-on for neopets, now I have an alert word that lights up, instead of the button that worked in IE, but all the other neopet buttons aren't there.

I have firefox 3 and am using the neopet toolbar from the firefox site and I have not had any problem getting the Alert or with firefox. I use firefox all the time since I can't stand IE and Opera does not work on some of my contract sites. I have included the link to the add-on that I installed and is working on my system now.
