nuclophobic
I don't really want to sound stupid, but hey, I probably will. Anyway, I put a bit of 70, 000 np on an item I really wanted, and the 70k was taken from my current np. Then I was outbid, but I never got the 70k returned to me to bid again. It's been ages since I last used the auctions, but I don't remember it taking the money permanently. Is that right? Or am I being stupid?
Izzy ♥
Its not permanently gone, you get it back once the auction is over if you're outbid ^_^ Until then, TNT keeps it in limbo as such. I think orginally that was because people could withdraw offers... or the person hosting the auction could remove bids... something like that anyway. nuclophobic
Oh right. I was just wondering, because it means I can't bid higher. The bulk of my money's in that bid. Haha.
Izzy ♥
I'm not an auction sniper, but if memory serves you should be able to bid higher by having the extra on hand... the system adds it to what its already holding for you I think.
