How to get more than 50 items in inventory?

I remember a couple years ago we were able to put more than the max items in the inventory but now I can't. So is it possible??

Why I'm asking this is because at NeoAvatars, about the "I Taunt The Pant Devil" avatar it says to put 93 Golden Geraptiku Talisman in inventory then view it, but how is that possible? Through trading post?

I believe you just have to buy 50 of them, put them in your SDB, then buy the missing ones and remove the 50 from your SDB and here you go :P

Edit: Tried it with cheap SDB items, it works! Now to buy those Talismen (talismans? lol)
