OK so I log in to do my dailys and Im in old Advertising special Neopets and not Premium. Theres not even a link to the portal or anything...

Whats going on? I think my membership is good til March. If its not wouldnt they sent me an email?

I received no emails from Neopets when they canceled my premium membership. Instead, I had to do my own research to find that it's my job to email Neopets! You should try to contact Neopets using their feedback forms.

Xepha the Snow Faerie, you beat me to it. I was about to paste that same link when my browser collapsed.

 

I also wanted to add, however, to anybody else who may stumble across this forum thread, that contacting Neopets isn't necessarily the first thing to do, because Neopets can't answer questions about one's bank, one's PayPal account, etc.

 

I, for example, won't contact Neopets until I get an explanation from the bank about the circumstances that caused Neopets to cancel my account. I just don't want to waste my time complaining to Neopets right away when there's a possibility that the money wasn't even sent.
