Advice needed

Hello,

 

I am in need of advice.

I had my main account frozen on October 31...it is a premium account.

Long story short: I was getting no replies from any forms I filled out and decided to start over with a new main account on Nov 7.

 

Today, I received an email from frozenaccounts@ neomail dot com telling me that they had unfrozen my main.

Time to celebrate, right?

Well....now I am petrified because I have a new main.

So, I replied that while I was frozen I had created a new main and for many reasons, I have now decided that

my old main (the one that just got unfrozen) will be a side account and I want to keep my new main (created while frozen) as my new main account.

 

Have you followed all of that? :)

 

So...I read up on all the rules for switching main accounts...they are now linked to the same email, but I cannot change my premium service

to the new main account name while I am still trying to communicate with the neopets team about this. I don't want to confuse them with a new premium account name.

 

The advice I need: Am I missing something? Is there a step I should do now that I am not doing?

 

What I have done: Communicated with TNT about my new main--linked my old main with my new main via email account.

I am treating my newly unfrozen old main as a side account. I will simply feed my pets and lab on it. I will gradually move all NPs and items to my new main.

 

The advice I seek: Again, am I missing something? Should I be doing or not doing something?

I don't think you're missing anything. Just make sure not to do dailies or to play game on both account and you should be fine.

I did dailies on my new main today before I got the email about being unfrozen.

I also have items for sale in my new main account.

Should I take all items out of my shop on my new main to be extra safe?

 

I do plan on doing nothing until I hear but...they took 13 days to reply to my last email, so, it could be awhile.

Meanwhile, I agree: no games or dailies on any accounts!

 

I did use the trades to start transferring NPs to my new main today after getting the unfrozen email.

I am just so scared of getting re-frozen by a mis-understanding.

 

Does it sound smart to wait to change my premium to my new main until this is resolved?

I don't think they will refreeze you... of course, you didn't mention why your main had been frozen...

 

If I was you, I would put a note on my userlookup saying "This used to be my main account but isn't anymore. My new main is abcxyz". Just to avoid misunderstanding.

i think they have a rule that you can only have one shop. i would just transfer the items to the new account and sell only from there.

You can convert your previous shop into a gallery if you want, or just have it empty.

Dont Sell Items, Dont Play Games And Dont Collect Dailies On At Least One Of Your Accounts. Choose One To Get All These Forever. Dont Switch Main Accounts Again Either, From My Experiences - TNT Are Not Very Understanding And Do Not Have The Nicest Of Hearts. :)
