Christmas Paint Brush

So it's roughly 11 months since NP went crazy and gave every free Christmas paint brushes from the Advent calendar. I saved mine because they went so low in price. It's up to about 79k-80k now. Do you think they'll go up next month because of the Christmas season or should I just sell now?

Do we know if they are going to be giving away the paintbrushes again this year?If not I'd hold out it will be worth more next month (I would guess)

 

If so I'd almost say sell while it's high, but I don't know what they'll do this year.

Well, they stopped for a few years, but befoire they'd always give out Christmas PBs on Christmas. It's possible that they're starting the practice again, so I'd say wait untill early December and then sell.

I'd sell it now, to be on the safe side. I think they've given out Christmas pbs before last year, so I think they might this year.

 

Don't take my word from it. I haven't played Neopets for a long time, and I only started again last year, so I'm not completely sure what the best course of action is. I'd sell it though.

 

Or maybe you could wait until like the beginning of December. I don't think TNT would give Christmas pbs that early.

The highest price I've seen them is for 130k-150k. Wait a bit, if they do give them out for the Advent Calendar it will after the first half of December. Keep it until it gets to the above price or until mid-December.

Don't take my word for it, but I remember that two years ago, the Christmas PBs peaked around September. People usually don't buy Christmas PBs around Christmas since they already have them from previous Advent Calenders. In any case, sell whenever you like. They fetch a nice price most times of the year.

True. The problem is, though, that he/she wants to sell, not buy a Christmas paint brush.

straego-i know but when you sell its also 30k-40k so he/she should wait after so if they do give yout pbs he can sell two for 160k

arrgh darn it! For some reason i did not find a need to stock up when the PB hit as low as 30k, it was crazy! Why i didnt stock up i'll never know...sigh...

 

At least i still have one with me. I can sell that for quick $$.

I am personaly waiting another year at least before considering to sell Christmas Paint Brush. Unless you need money now, just hold it!

I agree with Xepha. Unless you need the cash, what does it hurt to wait. There are a lot of new things giving away PB's right now, that might not be happening this time next year. If you need that cash though I think you should probably sell around December first. Even though the PB's won't come from the advent calendar till later in the month, because if you wait till mid-December it might be too late to catch the people who wanted Christmas pets for Christmas.

During the Advent Calender, I stock up (At least 4 of each item) and move everything to my SBD. Over the years, Neopets gave away a lot of things like White Ona, Feepit, Christmas Petpet Paint Brush and Snow petpet Paint brush...
