Help with new coding, please?

Right, so a few months back Xepha made me a wonderful gelert lookup for neo. However, I can't edit it now due to the new coding rules. If anyone could please modify it for me so that it can still be viewed the way it is and be edited on the 'edit userlookup information' page, please tell me so that I can post the code for you. I don't come at all too often onto the forums, so it'd be a good idea to neomail me if you want. ;)

Thats the original code V gave you, with the edit Theo gave you above, and it works... if you have other stuff added thats stopping it working then you will need to post exactly what you are trying to submit.
