Matt Posted September 11, 2006 Posted September 11, 2006 You may remember back 1 month where we released pet lending? You remember? Well, on a somewhat "D'oh! How could we miss that?" sort of month, we are proud to announce that: RIFILE IS LOOSE ONCE AGAIN! Yes. Pet lending is, infact, open now. :D We currently have the absence of our beloved little Quiggle Zizzis, but joining us is our Orange Grundo rarebabe! Thanks for the donation, we appreciate it. ;) Remember, if you donate a pet or aged petpet, we will be very happy to accept it. You will be credited in a less... upfront way, but you will see benifits in the long run. Plus, you'll have the satisfaction of helping fellow TDNers in the process. Thanks guys! Keep the donations coming in! :)
Empress Keiko Posted September 11, 2006 Posted September 11, 2006 I still need to donate... sorry for waiting to long... :worried:
Lutarist Jake Posted September 12, 2006 Posted September 12, 2006 I have forgotten to donate again... sigh...
Eric Posted September 12, 2006 Posted September 12, 2006 Oh, Matt, with your insanely large text. ;) I might take this opportunity to stress the importance of donating. It's very important. What a very uninspired speech.
Eric Posted September 12, 2006 Posted September 12, 2006 I'm definitely the next great orator. In a seriousness, though, our donation tin has been a bit dry, up to this date. Don't get me wrong, though. We appreciate all current donations, and we are getting some, but probably not enough to reach our goals efficiently. I know I shouldn't expect too much, because donating is voluntary and all, but so is the ALP. We need donations to keep it running. Donations which, sadly, aren't coming through. With that said, though, our bank account is looking healthier by the day. We can get to out next goal in not too long a period of time, realistically. Just wait a while, and donate. ;) I'd like to thank the few who are donating regularly, and I'd like to urge those who aren't to do so.
Anime Posted September 13, 2006 Posted September 13, 2006 I was wondering where you went. I'll donate next time have have a fiar chunk of NP to spend rather than blow it on scratch cards. *cough*
Eric Posted September 13, 2006 Posted September 13, 2006 Oh, I've been ALL over the place, just not on TDN. Sick, basically. I should be around a lot more now. :)
Matt Posted September 13, 2006 Author Posted September 13, 2006 I'll donate next time have have a fiar chunk of NP to spend rather than blow it on scratch cards. *cough* Yeah. The ALP didn't really set a good example, did we. Heh. Just posting to get this thread back up the top again, really. :) Eric's the one with the words, not me. So, I shall put things in big letters to make it seem better. Heh.
Eric Posted September 13, 2006 Posted September 13, 2006 Yeah. The ALP didn't really set a good example, did we. Heh. In our defence, though, we DID make a 700k profit.
Matt Posted September 13, 2006 Author Posted September 13, 2006 True. But still, we don't want people trying to duplicate our "stunt" and losing out.
Matt Posted September 13, 2006 Author Posted September 13, 2006 Gambling is wrong! Snap out of it! Heh.
.Dan. Posted September 14, 2006 Posted September 14, 2006 We should have our own TDN Neopian Games tournament! I'll be a bookie!
cloudedsunny Posted September 14, 2006 Posted September 14, 2006 I tried emulating your stunt and lost out ;) hehe but I don't regret it, if I pull out another Icetravaganza of COURSE I'll scratch it!
Eric Posted September 14, 2006 Posted September 14, 2006 Heh. Matt and I both wasted 65k each for a losing Icetravaganza Card. Oh, well. You win some, you lose some. :P
cloudedsunny Posted September 14, 2006 Posted September 14, 2006 Lucky I only wasted 600np on mine :P now I quit the other scratch kiosks and only play the ice one, in the hopes I'll get another. It's a pity cos the others seemed to win more often, but lesser prizes.
Eric Posted September 14, 2006 Posted September 14, 2006 Yeah, I only go to the Ice Caves Kiosk. It pays out more, I think. I tend to stay away from the Deserted Fairground, and I don't really like how the Lost Desert Scratchcards are done. Too...flashy.
Matt Posted September 14, 2006 Author Posted September 14, 2006 ...and the very high jackpot amount suggests that it's hard to win! Yeah. Stick with Ice Caves.
Lutarist Jake Posted September 15, 2006 Posted September 15, 2006 I lose always at the Ice Caves. :( I won once at the Lost Desert! :)
.Dan. Posted September 15, 2006 Posted September 15, 2006 I've never won anything big from anything, except a measly pb worth 100k..
