cyakat
I'm having a problem where I can't get to the avatar section of TDN at all, including when you click on an avatar to find out how to get it from a non-avatar part of the site (like the flash game guides.) I get this message: http://avatars.thedailyneopets.com/ An Error Was Encountered Error Number: 1054 Unknown column 'user_nvbeta' in 'field list' SELECT user_id, user_username, user_displayname, user_emailaddr, user_isbanned, user_automagicaladmin, user_avatar, user_avadmin, user_nvbeta FROM users WHERE user_id = 6987 There's no reasaon I should be banned, as this is the first time I've even posted on the forums since getting an account, and I've tried logging out and logging back in. Not sure if this is a bug with the site or with my computer. Any help?
Xepha
In order to help us, could you state your browser and which OS you are using, please... Ian will look into this.
Zac
hmm. I'm getting that error as well. It's probably just a glitch. Ian will have it fixed soon. If you want to look at the avatar list, log out. You won't be able to edit your avatars, but at least you can see the solutions.
Xepha
Okay, I emailed the thread to Ian... and I've an idea why it's happening. So he should be getting back to us soon.
cyakat
In order to help us, could you state your browser and which OS you are using, please... Ian will look into this. I'm using Internet Explorer (the latest version) and Windows XP. I should probably mention as well that it was working fine for the past week, and I don't think I've changed any settings. Thanks!
