So I am looking to trade off a piece of the secret lab map, and someone made an offer on it. They offered a Reject Flower Shaped Sand (which I know is worth basically nothing) and then also 101,325 NP.

Is that worth it? I've seen those things-even single pieces-go for much more.

And if it's not worth it, what would you consider an offer that is?

Thanks! ^_^

Well, it really depends of the piece that you are selling... so the best would be to look at other lots and see what people are asking for.

About the sand: the trading post forces you to offer at least one item, so people who are intending to pay completely with NP will often offer a junk item along with the NP, simply because they have no choice and are already paying what the item's worth. :) Anyway, as Xepha said, it mostly just depends on which piece you're selling, so do some comparison shopping (which unfortunately does take a while as all 9 of the map pieces have the same name :P) to see if you're getting a fair price.
