Does anyone know if there has been any progress on a solution to this? The article didn't really clarify anything for me, just that we wouldn't be able to use that previous work around. So tough cookies for everybody?

I would read it, no hesitation. I've been working on Earl_Verns list and am down to only needing a few but I just spent the last of my money (Seriously, I had about 6k left) on two really special ones: Alien Aishas and Guide to the Neocola Machine!

What did you (if anything) end up doing?

I just moments ago morphed my Lenny into a Shoyru and blessed with (the new) weak light faerie and got this

Ugh the berry game drives me crazy, most of the mini games are just in slow motion for me, but that one and the Esaphagor one too.

Yesterday all of my games were "ending abnormally" but I think it was my computer and not the other people.

I switched browsers this morning but got one of those games where it was just two of us and I try to avoid that because my internet connection is not always reliable and I don't want to be the one who ruins the whole thing. So this other person is winning, one key away and they are right next to the key they need and I only have one key so I know I'm going to lose but whatever, I lose a lot. They took my power up! I was really mad, I hate that. It wasn't one I could use against them either. So I skipped a turn and went to the kitchen to get some pop and I guess I accidentially skipped two turns. Needless to say they messaged me after the game but I didnt respond, like they're going to believe me anyway. I forgot how fast the game moves when it's only two people :guiltysmiley:

I haven't seen too many petpets that arent adorable when painted island. I think it's the flower behind the ear thing, even the spyder is cute!

I can sympathize. A few years ago when that whole thing was happening with the blank storefront screens someone got into my account and wreaked utterly devestating havoc (I know it sounds dramatic but that's because it was!) They froze my account right away, too late though, but then never gave it back. I e-mailed a zillion times and they kept telling me they were working on it, so after six months I kind of threw in the towel. A year later I e-mailed them and they said I had waited too long. I wish I wouldn't have given up but I was so furious!

SO, the moral of the story is don't give up. I was able to live without neopets for a few years but just like lovedwallflower, life was just empty.

It's been taking forever to load for me, since about the 28th. Is anyone else having this problem?

I turned off the portal and now it's running just fine.

I havent been on in a while. For about days I was totally inactive and I logged on about four days ago and did some price checks and fed them. The next day I logged into my yahoo account and there were about six request for password e-mails. The kind that TNT sends when you forget your password. So I went to another computer in the house and tried to log in and that's when it showed me someone else's pet. So I searched for my other pets and it seems as though they belong to other people already. :(

A Cookie Grabber (or something) got me a recently (I have no idea when) and they got into my account and so it's been frozen. It's been three days and they've already gotten rid of my favorite pet. I'm sure my NP's are gone and because I didnt have any interesting items there really is nothing to recover is there? I mean besides my 9 year old account. Anyone have any updates on their frozen acounts? I filled out the form and heard back from someone asking almost the same questions but havent heard back again. :(

I've had the Superball glitch, on the first day I called one of my IRL/NP friends and asked her if she was experiencing it and I'm pretty sure she thought I was making it up. LOL

Although I also talked to her about MSN and she said she had gotten some crazy score like 8,500 or something which I thought was odd because I think my highest score is 144. I'm not sure what is going on with that. Has anyone else had that one?

I am saving for the Pack Rat avie and I am sooo close to having everything for the lab ray. I am just waiting for three offers on the trading post to (hopefully) go through.
