no i mean in the beta version of the game, you can also select the neopet central. the board and tiles are the same. *scratches head*

as many of you already know, when creating an html layout, neopets has very strict filters. in most cases, they can be disabled by using <style /> ... </style />. for the shop, however, this gets filtered out and disabled. i found an alternative "hack": <style > ... </style > (leave a space). it works :)

now on with what i need help with: does anybody still have ie6? i am trying to make a cross-browser compatible shop layout. on ie7, for some reason, the drop-downs were falling behind the canvas, so for both ie6 and ie7, i turned them off. can anybody please verify if that is true?

is there a difference between this board and the neopets central board? aside from the houses, i see no differences.

is it legal to use a side account to search the shop wizard for the items required by the faeries? it seems as if it wouldn't be, but it's so tempting...

i second that. i don't quite like the meowclops one either. it's hard to tell if you're scoring points or not

i think they have a rule that you can only have one shop. i would just transfer the items to the new account and sell only from there.

Yes, TNT does recycle names after a while. The account has to have been frozen for more than two years I think, or longer if they don't get around to re-releasing the names right away. If there's a name you like thats stuck on a frozen account, just check for it every so often. I know plenty of people who have lists of names that they're waiting for :) Eventually, some do become available and you can create it if you catch the availability in time!

yup. i can confirm that. i had an account around 4 years ago that was frozen. the names were released because i named my pet with the name i used before.

i actually tried playing key quest on ie7, but the flash player keeps crashing whenever it tries to load up the game. maybe my ie7 didn't update it's flash. haven't tried this with the beta yet (and probably not going to since firefox rules :))

there are actually 2 new games that were added: a "simon says" type game and a petpet washing game. really annoying additions if you ask me. i still can't figure out how to win at that with a high rate of success...

as i mentioned in another post, i can't get in either (at least not on my main account). i contacted TNT and they still haven't gotten back to me... and i don't think they will. the beta runs fine though.

those features (and the haunted woods map) are in the beta version of the game. since for some reason i can't play the original on my account, i'm playing the beta now. it's pretty cool + they have 2 mini games, random events, bonus tiles, etc. check it out :)

Hey guys. Great site you have here.. very helpful :)

Took me a long time to log in for some reason. It kept saying that my password was wrong or something. Then I reset my password, but couldn't find where to change it back (it's very hidden and the link to change it only exists once you cross over to the other interface of the profile editor). Anyway, I think I'm all set now.. except I don't know where to change my display name :questionmark:
